All you need to know but were afraid to ask about: games, software, hardware and anything in between.
Still in development at Ubisoft’s Montreal Studio, the major publisher has announced that it will launch FarCry 2 in Spring of 2008 for the PC platform. The original installment sold in over three million units and won the PC Gamer’s Action Game of the Year Award in 2004, which really deserves it if you ask me, although I’m not a fan of the genre.
“Far Cry marked the beginning of a new era for shooters. An era of gorgeous graphics and of advanced artificial intelligence,” declared John Parkes, EMEA MD at Ubisoft. “We are confident that Far Cry 2 will have the same impact again on the FPS genre landscape.” he added with great confidence in the upcoming sequel.
