Awaited in Q1, 2008 Turning Point: Fall Of Liberty, a game developed by Spark Unlimited and published by Codemasters is an alternate WWII installment that starts with a newsreel introduction that "documents" the fictional story behind the game.

The game will be available on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system. In the meantime, the website is going to be updated on a regular basis, featuring articles in which the describe key fictional events that led to the invasion.

Fans of the game will discover how British Prime Minister Chamberlain surrendered to Hitler, about the destructive advance of the Third Reich across European territories throughout 1940, about the successful Axis invasion of Northern Africa in 1942 and even how King George VI would have died in American exile in the early 1950s.

Also, to make things nice, Spark Unlimited and Codemasters have also released an 81.4MB ‘Invasion’ video to showcase some of the in-game graphics, physics and ideas behind the game while presenting fans with a glimpse of the brutal 1953 attack on New York.
