3000AD has announced that Universal Combat: Collectors Edition is gold, although the game is going to be published only in North America for the moment.

They said: "This title will only be available in retail stores in North America and will not be available for digital download purchase until sometime around the end of the year." The game’s awaited to be available early this April.
